Share work and ideas you have permission to share. Respect privacy, safety, and intellectual property. NILO supports lawful creators within these guidelines and our Terms of Service, without promising unconditional hosting or exemption from provider rules.
What is not allowed
- Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Illegal goods or services, credible threats, incitement to violence, targeted harassment, hate directed at protected groups, or exposing private information without permission.
- Scams, phishing, fraud, impersonation, fabricated testimonials, malware, spam, credential harvesting, or deceptive redirects.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Bypassing access, moderation, age, rate, or security safeguards.
Sensitive destinations need care
NILO pages, text, thumbnails, and uploads must remain non-explicit. Lawful sensitive external destinations must be marked and appropriate for their audience. Adult destinations are for adults only, where law and hosting policies allow. Warning screens are not legally required age verification. Geographic and age-verification providers are not configured: do not use NILO for content requiring those safeguards.
NILO does not host paid adult content or process payments for adult services. Linking out does not make prohibited activity acceptable. We may disable destinations when we cannot support required safeguards.
Report a concern or appeal
Use “Report this page” or email hello@nilo.my with the URL and relevant context. For rights complaints, identify the work or right, material at issue, your authority, and contact details. Do not make knowingly false reports or share unnecessary personal data.
We may remove, restrict, suspend, or restore content under the moderation terms. Urgent harm or legal duties may require immediate action. Where appropriate and permitted, we explain decisions and consider appeals. No response time is guaranteed. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.
