Contact forms

Make the next hello easy.

A question, a project, a collaboration. Give people a simple way to start the conversation, and keep the details together in your NILO workspace.

Example contact form

Let’s make something happen.

Your name
Your email
What do you have in mind?

Your next conversation has a place to start.

  • Forms on your page
  • A private contacts workspace
  • Notes, tags, and contact export

An invitation to get in touch.

Add a contact form block where it makes sense on your page. Give it a clear title and description, then choose any additional fields you need for the enquiry.

  • A form alongside your content
  • Name, email, and a message
  • Optional custom text, select, and checkbox fields

Keep the context with the person.

Messages arrive in your private Contacts view. Search your records, set a contact status, add tags, and leave private notes so the next conversation starts with a little more context.

  • Searchable contact records
  • Private notes and tags
  • Contact status controls

Keep your next steps in your hands.

Open a contact’s email address to follow up using your email app. Export contacts when you need a copy for your own workflow, or delete an individual record from your workspace.

  • Contact details in one place
  • A contact export from your workspace
  • Individual contact record deletion

A few steps. A whole new possibility.

  1. Add a contact block

Choose Contact form in your page editor and give it a clear introduction.

  2. Ask for what you need

Add useful fields, review the form, and publish your page.

  3. Pick up the conversation

Read incoming enquiries in Contacts and add notes for your follow-up.

A few things you might be wondering.

Where do form submissions go?

Contact submissions appear privately in the Contacts section of your NILO workspace. This feature is not an email inbox or an automatic email delivery service.

Can I add my own questions?

Yes. Contact blocks support additional text, select, and checkbox fields, including required-field settings.

Are my notes visible to visitors?

No. Contact notes and tags are private workspace information. They are included in your contact export.

Does this send newsletters or automated replies?

No. NILO does not send marketing campaigns or automated email replies. Use the collected contact details in a way that respects each person’s choices and applicable rules.
