Start with your introduction
Open Details to edit your name, photo, one-line introduction, bio and optional profile information. You can also add contact details and a current status.
Only add information you want visitors to see. Design includes switches for showing your location and status.
Add and organize your content
- Open Content and choose “Add a block”. Select the type of content you want to share.
- Give each block a useful title and add its destination or content. The available fields depend on the block type.
- Use the block controls to edit, move, duplicate or remove it. The visibility control lets you hide a block without deleting it.
- Put the action you want people to take first near the top, then check the preview.
Choose a design that feels like you
Open Design and select a template. Changing templates keeps your content, so you can compare different layouts before publishing.
Expand Appearance to choose page and card colours, card corners, borders and shadows, stack or grid layout, content width, spacing, typography size, avatar shape and introduction alignment. Leave a control on “Follow the design” to keep the template’s starting look. The extra controls apply to your link-in-bio page; your digital card retains its card layout.
You can add a cover, gradient or background image and adjust its readable overlay. Check text contrast and preview your page on mobile and desktop before publishing.
Use a website preview or your own image
When editing a link in a signed-in workspace, “Use website preview image” can read the destination’s public Open Graph image. It keeps your title and description unchanged. Some websites block previews or do not provide an image; use “Get link preview” to retry or add your own image instead.
Replace the image with a public HTTPS image URL or upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP under 2 MB. “Remove image” keeps the link text-only until you choose to add an image again. Changes stay in your draft until you publish.
Keep articles current and collect poll responses
Add an RSS & Atom feed block with your public HTTPS feed address. Choose one to six posts, cards or a compact list, and whether to show images. Preview feed checks the source before publishing. Updates are requested when pages are viewed and can take up to 15 minutes.
Add a Poll with two to six different choices. Published polls collect shared response totals and percentages. Open the poll editor and select View published results to review the current published question. Changing a question or its choices creates a separate result set; restoring the original question and choices restores its earlier results. Browser receipts prevent normal retries, but clearing storage or switching browsers can allow another vote.
Give different topics their own tab
Under “Pages & discovery”, add a page tab for a separate part of your world, such as work, videos or projects. Home stays first, and you can add up to seven additional tabs.
Choose a page when editing a block to place it in the right tab. Removing a tab moves its blocks back to Home instead of deleting those blocks.
Keep your live page up to date
Your signed-in changes save to your draft. Choose “Publish page” to update what visitors see. You can edit your published page without changing its existing address.
Use Settings to export your current profile as JSON. Restoring an exported profile replaces the draft; the public page changes only after you publish.
Questions about this guide
Does changing my template erase my links?
No. Choosing a different template changes the presentation of your profile while keeping its content. Review the preview before publishing the new design.
Can I hide something temporarily?
Yes. Use the visibility control on a block, then publish your changes. You can turn the block back on later without rebuilding it.
Show a social profile or its content
Add a Social link block and choose its display. Profile icon keeps the simple icon link. Latest YouTube videos reads up to six recent public videos from a YouTube /@handle or /channel/… address, with a feed cache of up to 15 minutes. If YouTube’s feed is unavailable, visitors can still open your channel.
Chosen posts lets you add up to six individual posts or reels with a title and optional image. Those cards are selected manually. Automatic mode also offers Spotify playlist players; Spotify catalog/listening and TikTok account feeds remain dependent on NILO’s provider activation and review. Instagram syncing is not currently available.
