Choose what you make public
Review Details and your visible blocks before publishing. Names, photos, links and contact information placed on your public page can be seen or copied by visitors.
Settings includes “Let search engines discover my page”. Turning it off asks search engines not to index the page. It does not make a published address private; anyone with the link can still visit it.
Export a copy of your information
- Open Settings and find Export and import.
- Download Current profile JSON to keep a copy of your current draft.
- If you have a saved profile, use the available Links CSV, Contacts CSV and Analytics CSV downloads for those records.
- Keep exports somewhere private, especially files containing other people’s contact details.
Unpublish a page or delete your account
Unpublish page makes your public profile and digital card unavailable while retaining your draft and contacts. You can find this control in Settings for a published page.
Delete account is a separate, permanent action. The confirmation screen explains the removal of your NILO profile, contacts, events, images and share targets. Export anything you need first. Deleting NILO does not delete your Google account.
Unpublishing or deleting cannot remove copies that other people or search engines have already saved.
Get back into your account
Use the same Google account or email address that you used when you created your NILO account. If you use email and forgot your password, choose “Forgot password?” on the Log in page.
For an unverified email account, open the verification link from your inbox and then return to the sign-in screen. You can resend the link there if needed. Check your spam folder too.
Ask a privacy question or report a problem
Email hello@nilo.my for account help, a privacy request, a content report or an appeal. Include the relevant NILO page address and explain what you need. Never send your password, verification code or private booking-management link.
The Privacy Policy explains collection, Google Calendar access, retention and the rights that may apply. The Community Guidelines explain content reports and appeals.
Questions about this guide
Is a page private when search discovery is off?
No. The discovery setting asks search engines not to index your page. A published page remains accessible to anyone who has its URL. Unpublish it to make the public page unavailable.
Where do form replies and contact details go?
The Contacts area holds the submissions saved for your profile. Use only the information you need, respect the purpose it was shared for, and keep exported contact files private.
