Choose the workspace, activity, and period
- Open the workspace you want to review, then choose Insights.
- Use Show to select all activity, the bio page, digital card, short links, or QR codes.
- Choose the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom date range within the available 90-day reporting window.
- Use Filters for a sharing source, device, country, campaign, referrer, or specific resource. Clear a filter to widen the report.
Use the report that answers your question
Overview shows recorded totals, activity over time, sharing sources, and referring domains. Switch the chart metric or table view to inspect a different event count.
Audience groups the available coarse country, device, browser, operating-system, and UTM information, with a UTC weekday/hour view. Missing dimensions stay unknown rather than being inferred.
Destinations helps compare links and campaigns. Activity lists the recorded events with pagination. These are workspace reports, not public visitor profiles.
Open Insights for one block, link, or QR code
In the profile editor, open a block’s options and choose Insights. On a saved short link or dynamic QR code, use its Insights action. These entry points select that resource in the report.
A new or unvisited resource may have no matching activity. Check the period and filters before drawing conclusions, and remember that a hidden or unpublished draft does not receive public visits.
Use clear campaign labels when sharing
Add utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign query parameters to the public address you share when you need to distinguish a campaign or placement. Use short, consistent labels such as newsletter, social, or autumn-launch.
Campaign labels are supplied by the shared URL, not independently verified identities. Avoid names, email addresses, or other personal details in those labels. Referrers also depend on what the browser or app sends.
Read the counts with their limits in mind
Opens and clicks include repeat requests. QR opens are requests with QR attribution and are not verified camera scans. Contact downloads record a download, not a confirmed contact save.
Ratios use event counts and can exceed 100%; they are not unique-person conversion funnels. Recognized bots and supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are excluded, so the report is not a complete record of everyone who saw your content.
NILO’s built-in aggregate reporting does not use a visitor tracking cookie or fingerprint. Google Analytics is disabled; its reports are separate from NILO Insights.
Export the selected report
Choose Export CSV to download the current workspace report with its selected dates and filters. Event exports are limited to 10,000 rows and identify when results are truncated.
Anonymous visitors can explicitly open a labelled fictional example report. Example data is separate from an account’s records and has no export action. It does not predict how your page will perform.
Questions about this guide
Why do my totals differ from another analytics tool?
Tools can use different reporting periods, time zones, filters, event definitions, and browser exclusions. Compare the same UTC window and resource, then review how each tool defines an open or click. NILO does not claim unique-person counts.
Does Insights measure my position in Google or AI search?
No. NILO Insights measures the activity recorded on your NILO resources. Search impressions, rankings, indexing, and AI citations require the relevant search provider’s webmaster reports.
